This is the error message I get. How to solve this problem

Right click on AndroidManifest.xml. Select Properties.

B Properties Window---> set Build ActionasNone

You can bypass the GUI for your IDE by opening the .csproj file in a text editor such as Sublime or Notepad ++, and changing the manifest includes an action from Contentto None:
