Unable to manually indicate iOS crash log despite dSYMs

Question

I was unable to get Xcode 7 to symbolize the crash log that I was sent to by the App Store user, and when I try to manually identify it, it fails, despite the fact that I have all the necessary dSYMs.

My application has bit code enabled, so I downloaded dSYM from Xcode> Organizer> Archives. Then I confirmed that I 29A862B9-75B3-35AE-91C2-615C775E064F.dSYMreally existed in the archive for the assembly that was sent to the App Store (the same assembly as the user when they had a failure).

To manually indicate the failure log, I ran the following in the terminal:
