15 APK download daily limits on Google Play

I need to download almost 25 applications to the Google Developer Console, but after the 15th download of the APK I got a massage with errors

You have exceeded your daily APK download limit. Download the APK tomorrow.

How to increase this limit? What should I do?

I just stumbled upon it myself and talked to a Google representative via chat. To paraphrase, within 24 hours there is a restriction on the exit from 15 apk files. But this only applies to the first download for each list of applications.
