Cannot autoload application at startup - received BroadcastQueue: reject application launch

Question

I used a popular method to make my autostart application at boot described here: How to start the application at startup?

The problem is that the application does not start with the following message in logcat:

W/BroadcastQueue: Reject to launch app .../10186 for broadcast: App Op 60

What am I doing wrong?

PS. Android 5.0.2, Asus Zenphone Phone

This problem is caused by the "Autoloader", I have the same problem.
