Menu and toolbar font size in Webstorm 11

Question

I am running Webstorm 11 on Windows 10. I can set the font size and colors for the code editor window, but I could not change the font size in the menu. The representation of the project tree is what I need to change in particular.

Here you can see the difference in font sizes. I would like them to be the same.
