Publish Option Siteore 8.0

Question

I installed Sitecore 8.0. When I publish an item, it does not have the Republish option, for example, a screenshot. When I click "Publish site", it also does not have the option of re-publishing, only smartpublish and incremental publish.

How can I make a parameter?

I used the development tool to see that the layout option and Republish has "display: none".

The item "Publish publication" does not exist. So, I manually added a new item called "Can Publish Republish", which has "READ" on the right, and then you can see the "Republish" option. Oi ~~~
