REST: How to get a list of rows of a selected sheet in Smartsheet

Question

I am trying to get the list of rowsselected sheet. I went over REST APIfor a rows list associated with the call number , but received no resource to get list of rows.

Can someone tell me how to get a list of strings? or a REST call has not yet been written.
