A few days ago, I did a new instagram installation on my Android phone, and when I did the login, I couldn't help stopping to look at the background changes of the login background. I was so impressed with the design / experience that I just watched the colors change for about half an hour.
I’m an Android developer and design enthusiast and don’t know how to realize this experience, which enchanted my creative self, is killing me. So, this question is for all creative geniuses of SO, how to implement this in Android? I just want to know that. Thanks a ton.
Edit There is one possibility that it can be pre-defined / pre-recorded gif, which is displayed only in the background. But I want to know if this effect can be created in android programmatically? If so, how?
