What is the "Deploying Runtime from ASSEMBLE NAME" in the Visual Studio 2010 Setup Project? (Extension Setup project in vs 2015)

When adding output to the target directory, there are several types of outputs for each project that you can select. Most of them are pretty self-describing, but I don’t understand the meaning of “Runtime Implementation,” and I haven’t seen it anywhere on MSDN or elsewhere on the Internet.

From the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Installer Projects Installed "Running Execution with ..." Msgstr "Contains runtime implementation assemblies for the target environment." Therefore, if you target the .NET Framework 4.6.1, the installation project combines the assemblies that allow your project to run on this CLR.
