Log4j2 - setting up RolloverStrategy to delete old log files

I am trying to configure log4j to store only the specified number of backup files or to save files that are not older than a certain age. Ultimately, I want the trigger policy to have time [daily] and keep 30 backup files or delete files older than 30 days.

After some research, I found out that I can not specify the maximum number of backup files when using the time policy, however, I ran into this problem https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOG4J2-435 and this piece of documentation http: / /logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/appenders.html#CustomDeleteOnRollover , which describes how to delete files based on their age and name pattern. Now I'm trying to apply this configuration in a simple example that will create a new backup file every minute and automatically delete files that are older than 3 minutes.
