Where can I find instance types in the new console?

Question

In the old appengine console, I see instance types in version settings:

instance_class: F2 idle instances: [auto, 1] | latency expectation: [auto, auto] | max concurrent requests: auto

Where can I find this information in the new developer agreement?

App Engine → Versions → Show All Columns

Select "App Engine" from the menu on the left, then "Instances."
