Access to forbidden error when creating SendGrid API key

When I create the General API key in SendGrid, it says that Frobidden access, I don’t get what to do, I opened a ticket for this, I hope someone knows about this problem. Please help me.

Have you tried logging out and logging in again and then trying to create an API key again? Your session may have expired.
