Visual Studio Pro 2015: DEP6100 error

I had a problem with Visual Studio Pro 2015 when trying to debug (selected ARM Solution Platform) on a Windows 10 Mobile physical device on my desktop.

Physical device: Nokia Lumia 920 OS Build 10.0.10586.36 (developer mode) (the device is not included in the lock screen and is on)

My desktop: Windows 10 Pro, Intel Core i5-4670K 8 GB RAM 64-bit Build 10.0.10586.36 OS (developer mode)

I do not have this problem on my laptop using the same Nokia Lumia 920.

Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error Error: DEP6100: The following unexpected error occurred during boot: "Connecting to device" 30F105C9-681E-420b-A277-7C086EAD8A4E '.': DeviceException - Deployment failed because Windows Phone did not was discovered. Make sure the phone is connected and turned on. App1

Error error: DEP6200: Error loading "device". The device could not be found. Deployment failed because Windows Phone was not detected. Make sure the phone is connected and turned on. App1

So far, I have been trying to restart both devices and reinstall Visual Studio 2015.
