Printing without a UIPrintInteractionController

I am developing a POS application (point of sale). I can successfully print using the UIPrintInteractionController popover. however, when the print button is pressed on the screen, it should be printed directly, without having to interact with printing. I am not sure if this is possible.

can anyone suggest an alternative?

I talked a bit with the iOS print API, and I never had to print without using it UIPrintInteractionController. As a user of an iOS device, I’m not sure that I need a printing method without my explanation, because then any old application could just start sending out my printer.
