Getting fingerprint data?

I am looking for fingerprint data to be sent to the server. My application is used by the sales team, and whenever a new customer arrives, the sales will ask the customer to scan their fingerprint (and ultimately send them to the corporate server).

Is it possible to do this using the available API / SDK?

AFAIK, the Samsung SDK does not provide it, nor the Android Marhsmallow.

As mentioned earlier, the fingerprint API will not allow you to access raw data.

But there is another solution. Do not use a fingerprint scanner. Use a camera instead.
