Can celery assign a task to indicate an employee

Question

Celery will send the task to idle workers.

My task will be performed every 5 seconds, and I want this task to be sent to only one person.

Other tasks may be shared left over workers.

Can celery do this?

And I want to know what this parameter is: CELERY_TASK_RESULT_EXPIRES
Does this mean that the task will not be sent to the worker in the queue?
Or does he stop the task if it works for too long?
