Where to download libvlc?

I can not find where to download libvlc. In fact, I already use it in the Windows application that I am developing, but I don’t remember where I got it, and I wanted to have a newer version and license information as I read it, but LGL is still not sure. Thanks in advance.

A warning. Please do not put test files before release or git compilation on software sites or user forums. We had a bad impression this before, and we don’t appreciate it.

They seem to want you to pull out the code and compile it yourself.
