TvOS - Replacing UISlider

I am expanding the iOS app for tvOS.

In the iOS application, I have many sliders (a two-way slider for selecting a range for several years, for example, 1950-2010 or values ​​from 0.1 to 10.0).

I was wondering how I should replace this function with tvOS. My initial thought was to override the Siri remote volume buttons and change the values, but I do not believe that I Applewould allow this.

Any recommendations?

My solution to this problem was to implement two buttons (arrow icons). One to increase and one to decrease the year.
