How to say when pycharm saves a file

I'm new to PyCharm and trying to figure out when it saves my files. There is no indicator (for example, in Notepad ++, for example) showing that the file has been modified. How do I know when it was saved or changed?

By default, PyCharm will save files every time you switch applications. If you want to see which files have not yet been saved, for this you can check the settings in the Settings> Editor> General> Editor Mark modified tabs with asterisk.
