Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition continues publishing at vortex.data.microsoft.com/collect/v1

I am observing the strange behavior of my VS 2015. For some reason, it continues to post some data to vortex.data.microsoft.com/collect/v1.

I have already uninstalled the Visual Studio Application Insights extension. But I still see arbitrary posts on Fiddler. I had no problems with VS 2013 and VS 2012.

Is there any way to stop this?
