Coverity OpenSource Scan: failed to load tar file

We are trying to use the Coverity OpenSource service, but we have problems sending our project files for analysis.

Whenever you submit project.tgz for coverage (regardless of whether this is done using the automation instructions or via the website), we see that the assembly is in the queue for a short time:

Last build status: Launch. Your assembly is currently being analyzed

But after a few seconds, the assembly will fail because it cannot find the archive:

Last build status: failed. Your build failed due to the following reason. Correct the error and download the assembly again. Error Details :: Failed to get tar file ... more
