Fixed bug with fixed Chrome bug on scroll

On my site I have a problem with the footer while scrolling

Using google chrome, the banner "detaches" from the bottom side while scrolling.

I tried updating jquery and jquery mobile, but with no results.

When scrolling a page on a mobile phone, recalculating the position of the footer does not start all the time while you drag the page. Decision:

a) avoid fixed positions on a mobile site (on such a small screen, why are you annoying visitors with an ad that's always there?)
