My xcode shows two branches open simultaneously with source control. I want to remove one brand from this. because when I switch branches, some unmanaged changes are made. Screenshot attached. Thank you in advance for your help. Additional Information Xcoed Version: 7.1enter image description here

I had the same problem and figured out how to remove the unwanted branch in this environment: XCODE 7.3 (7D175) and using CocoaPods generating the .xcworkspace file.
