Report Generator

Question

Can someone point me in the right direction, I'm looking for a tool that can report with new lines or modified lines of code added to the project. We work with SVN, ant, maven, gradel, jenkins, sonar, fisheye, crucible. My boss wants us to generate a report on a weekly basis, which shows how many new or changed lines of code are added to the project. Please help me with any tool or script.

A git diff --numstatcan easily do this for the entire repo between two dates.
