Build a tool application for Apache Cordova fail

Question

I want to use Tools for Apache Cordova in the Visual Studio 2015 community.

But when I first created and created the application, I received the following error:

How to do this to fix this?

I found the answer here , but I can not find vs-mdain my Visual Studio folder.
