Paypal: tariff plan + agreement - basic Qs

Question

Some pretty simple questions as I can't seem to find simple answers in the API documentation.

I have a store selling magazines + other items. Individual items or in groups are currently sold and charged using the PayPal REST API.

We want to add the subscriptions that I collect using their Billing Plan + Billing Agreement . You have some questions:

Does each sale require a Plan + Agreement sale for him? (Or I can just pre-configure 4 plans (different delivery options) and add all the agreements to one of these 4 plans)
I do not see a list of valid frequency values. Is "Yearly" an option?
Do I have to specifically require “the amount of the account debt,” that is, “POST / v1 / payments / billing agreements / account balance” in order to charge for this time - or if, in theory, it will be charged automatically?
To check the payment - I need to look for transactions - right? ("GET / v1 / payments / billing agreements // transactions" start_date = yyyy-mm-dd & end_date = yyyy-mm-dd ")

A billing plan (or billing agreement) is an agreement between a seller and a specific buyer. The answer to this question is yes: every sale needs its plan.
