This is not a technical issue. I hate the fact that the speech in the text engine on my nexus 5 (working version 6.02) highlights certain words, and I would like to change it.
I tried changing it from Settigs-> Language and Input, however I cannot find it. I don’t even know where to look. I don’t even know if this is possible! If so, then I would appreciate some recommendations :)

The speech recognition service configuration location has changed in Android v6. It is now located in:
Settings -> Apps -> Default Apps -> Assist & voice input -> Voice input
