How to programmatically use power in Windows

I am working on a Windows application (C #) for monitoring computers. Is there a way to get the current energy usage in windows?

It is simply not supported on Windows. MS documents their PowerManagement API

I went through every subtitle, and nowhere can such a detail be tracked. If the system is on battery, and you polled the remaining remaining battery% (which is not so scary for sure), you would know as much as possible through the API
