Creating notes in IntelliJ IDEA

Question

I am doing a lot of refactoring of my project. I would like to be able to leave notes in my code so that I can view them and see them as in word processors. Is there anything you could recommend?

I would add bookmarks (Navigation> Bookmarks> Toggle Bookmark), and then click Favorites to change their description (View> Tools> Favorites> Edit Description).

It would be much easier to add a description of the bookmark at the time of creating the bookmark, but I do not think that this is currently possible.
