Paxos 2a message loss

Below is the message flow of the main Paxos, in phase 2a, the Leader chooses the Vn value for his proposal1 and sends Accept! (1, Vn) to each acceptor. My question is: what if two of these points are lost? I mean, only Acceptor 1 (not most) gets Accept! (1, Vn). Will receiver 1 accept this request? And then broadcast to each student? The applicant will not receive a sufficient number (read: Quorum) of responses to the reception, so the whole round will fail.
