Tooltip Background

Question

So, I have a tooltip attached to the file in the form of a window, and the text displayed in order, without errors, but when I change the background, nothing happens, I need a yellow background color, but it can’t change at all, can Does anyone help me?

I set a tooltip on the text tooltip1 in the properties window, which displays the text perfectly, but when I set the background color, nothing happens or I get the color, but the text does not appear when I say e.DrawBackground ();
