Exchange Calendar: Is ConversationId a good event ID for FindItem?

I am collecting appointments on an Exchange calendar with a SOAP call FindItem. This returns individual events and (user) occurrences of recurring events.

When processing this data, I use GetItemto obtain the identifier of the main event for each event ( ItemType= citOccurrence). After that, I can determine if I still need to store the main event (and get all its data), or if I already did it.

But if the same recurring event appears repeatedly (especially with infinite ones) over a longer period, FindItemthis means that you need to make many calls to GetItem'get master' to the server (from the first “you must save the master” and all the others in "you already have this wizard").

I looked at the properties returned with BaseShape AllProperties, and it seems that there ConversationIdmay be a property that I can use to identify occurrences of the same main event. Sample data for test events:
