I want to download my jupyter laptop in pdf format. At first I was reminded that I need to install something, then I go to the download page to install pandocs-1.15.2-windows. However, when I tried to download it again, another error message appears: "nbconvert failed: ascii codec cannot decode byte 0xb4 at position 1: serial number is not in the range (128)". How can i fix this? Did I download the wrong package?
