Failed to create Google Analytics configuration file.

I am adding Google Analytics to my iOS app, and there seem to be some changes in the SDK. The tutorial https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ios/v3/ says that I need to create a configuration file, but when I click on the link “Get configuration file”, m directed to the page on which only the download scan is displayed (with some errors printed on the browser console).

I don’t have time to wait for Google to fix their service, so I wonder if it’s possible to manually create a file?

It seems that if you look at the error in the browser console and go to the URL that it cannot load, you can log in and work. And after that, the original link also works.

As crazy as it sounds, I resolved this error using Internet Explorer to load the site.
