How to change the priority of the session ID connected to my server?

Question

I am running sql server 2008 on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine.

I run the request at the same time as another session identifier, and I would like to lower the priority of another session identifier, because my process is more critical.

Another process is the SSIS package, which works.

Is it possible to change the priority of processes during the execution of tasks?

Can I change the priority of a specific user ID?
