Creative Artists and SignalR

I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I see a chat example for Actors at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/service-fabric-reliable-actors-pattern-distributed-networks-and-graphs/#smart-cache-code- sample-groupchat , but this example shows only part of the chat history. Listen to a good example for me, because it looks like the problem I'm trying to solve.

Due to my problem, clients who enter messages in the Actor network should also receive updates when this network status changes. I think SignalR is the obvious tool for this, but I'm kinda stuck on this. The Actor SDK does not seem to provide a reliable way to stream state changes from an actor. And from what I read, the Actor events do not seem reliable enough for this scenario (I assume the case, as the documentation says "best effort").

So, take an example chat on the SF website. Where do I go from there? How can I subscribe to Actor updates from ASP.NET Signalr Hub?
