YouTube Data API - How to Get Saved Playlists through the API

Question

I'm trying to get all my playlists using the YouTube data API, including the public playlist I created and the playlists that I liked on YouTube. The playlists that I liked on YouTube are in a separate section called Saved Playlists. I use

https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/playlists?part=snippet&channelId={ChannelID}&maxResults=50&key={YOUR_API_KEY}

But I only get the playlist that I created. How can I get saved playlists?
