Android Studio: Install the patch to update

Question

I want to update android studio from 1.2 to 2.0

I downloaded the necessary files (Windows: https://dl.google.com/dl/android/studio/ide-zips/2.0.0.1/android-studio-ide-143.2461418-windows.zip (320 MB)) from

http://tools.android.com/download/studio/canary/latest/

So now, how can I apply these files on my version for Android version up to version 2.0
