Google caching and multilingual domain names

I developed a site accessible through two top-level domain names. Both languages ​​on the site are Dutch, one for Dutch visitors and one for Belgian visitors.

The .be version has recently been launched. Under the hood, this is the same site, and we use a meta tag to prevent punishment for duplicate content. ( Google support page )
