How to build Pi wiring on windows

I am trying to create a cross-environment for Raspberry Pi to create binaries on an Eclipse CDT for windows.

I got a Wiring Pi to access the GPIO, and I need to build the Wiring Pi binary on windows using the "Windows toolchain for windows". I already configured it on Eclipse, but I have never created a Wiring Pi yet.

Error message: "poll.h no such file or directory was found." It seems that the include path was configured correctly when I installed "SysGCC".

Please tell me how to build a Wiring Pi using Eclipse CDT on windows.
