Mscorlib.dll messed up my gated TFS assembly

I recently updated TFS from 2013 to 2015, and also updated Windows Server 2012R2. Everything is working fine, except when I verify that it fails. I have a gated build, so you are trying to build on a server.

The assembly with the same identifier 'mscorlib, Version = 4.0.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = b77a5c561934e089' has already been imported. Try removing one of the duplicate links.

After a little google search, people say delete mscorlib.dll from the bin folder and this fixes it, but I did not put it manually, so how to delete it?

Has anyone else encountered the same problem? What should I fix?

UPDATE:

In one of my projects, the solution had a different target platform, and I just changed it, which made the error go away.
