How to disable Winscard Discovery in Windows 10?

Question

I am testing smart cards using ACR122U. However, when I put the card on it, Windows will automatically send APDU commands to it.

According to the question of window 8, disconnect the plug and play smart cards , I unplugged the plug, etc. for smart cards. But I still see the PIV selection called Winscard Discovery .

How to disable this in Windows 10?
