How to complete a series of qdel tasks?

I want a qdelrange of jobs with sequential identifiers. For example:

qdel 18280 18281 18282 18283 18284 18285

Imagine a longer list of consecutive identifiers like this. I obviously should not type them manually. Is there an easier way?
