How to install reset MathJax in IPython?

I wanted to change the formatting of my equations in an IPython laptop (Jupyter) and right-clicked on the equation to bring up the MathJax menu. I chose SVG as the type of rendering. Now, I get raw latex in the notebook.

The problem is that I cannot undo the change because I cannot find the MathJax output for a right click! How can I reset install MathJax?

I tried reinstalling MathJax using IPython.external.mathjax, but that did not work. I also tried clearing the MathJax cache from Safari settings with no luck.

[Update] I notice that I receive two messages from MathJax in the lower corner of the display when it loads. One of them is "Download [MathJax] /extensions/Safe.js", the other is "File not uploaded: http: // localhost: 8888 / static / components / MathJax / jax / output / SVG / config.js "

I think that later I need to reference the path in my Anaconda IPython installation, but there is no SVG directory at all.

How do I make MathJax stop looking there?
