I installed jenkins version 1.614 on ubuntu 12.04 with the configuration - 32 GB of RAM, 2 TB hdd and 8 processor cores. Jenkins currently has 594 jobs added. In the normal state, when the work is not performed, the processor utilization is 0%, but when I start any work, the processor utilization suddenly reaches 700-800%.
The following are statistics on processor usage.

I also deleted the work assembly older than 30 days, and the current work with the task is also small, however, the processor is very large.
