OsmBonusPack ofline Search for POI from Cartford map file

After passing a few posts here, it seems that the Holy Grail is possible with Mapsforge, osmdroid, graphhopper and OsmBonusPack for autonomous routing and turn-by-turn navigation.

I want to develop an Android application for my city, completely autonomous. Is it possible to have an Offline version of OSMNavigator in the sense that it will have a POI search from the local city.map file, a list of functions with distances from MyLocation, etc. (For example, OSMAnd offline). Any help is most needed.
