What is the seed in the Weka SimpleKMeans cluster?

I am using a Weka SimpleKMeans cluster for a dataset.

But I'm not sure what the initial value is, what it does and how it affects the data.

i.e. How does a higher or lower seed value affect the result as the opposite default value of 10?

A seed is just a random number seed. Once a seed is committed, even a randomized algorithm behaves deterministically. KMeans is not deterministic, so if you need repeatable results, you commit the seed. However, there is no relationship between the exact value of the seed and the results of KMeans clustering.
