Missing Pivotal Server Developer Edition v3.0-config

Question

I am trying to run a sample program in a spring toolbox. I can not start the Pivotal server and I get an error message shown in the attached image. Please, someone can offer some recommendations. Thank you in advance.

After many weeks of disappointment with this, I think the answer is even simpler than I thought. My workaround was to constantly install a new server every time this happens. Needless to say, this clutters my workspace with many servers and from time to time.

uninstall the server and reinstall the rotary server or install tomcat 7.0 or tomcat 8.0. Tomcat is the best option since error logging is better and less cache problem
