After some OS updates in Windows 10, emulators in Visual Studio 2015 began to behave strangely. First of all, the rendering problem when the screen has a soft blur. I don’t know if you see it in the picture below, but it’s not as sharp as before:
In addition, the rotating screen does not work as it should. If I rotate the screen to the right, it rotates to the left, and half of the screen is black. Etc.

I tried to uninstall all the latest updates, reinstall the emulators, reinstall the entire Visual Studio, but to no avail. The problem persists. I wonder if this is related to Hyper-V?
