How to integrate google + sign into my android app?

Hi everyone, in fact I need to sign people from Google + through my application, now I read the documentation in Google, where it is stated that

To allow users to log in, integrate your Google account into your application. When you initialize the GoogleApiClient object, request the PLUS_LOGIN and PLUS_ME areas

Now I used the code above, but it is not included in the google + account, it shows a dialog from which I need to log in, but when I click on this account, it does nothing and currently I use the google sign integration, see below code
